This smoothie bowl has it all! Loaded with fibre, packing a punch of protein and high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants this meal will leave you feeling satisfied while providing amazing nutritional benefits at the same time.
The fibre found in this meal from the vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds will keep your digestive health in check while supporting good cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Fibre also helps make us feel full for longer which means no snacking between meals.

2 tab cauliflower
½ cup ice
TOPPING
½ cup mixed fresh berries
2 tab hemp seeds
2 tab bee pollen
2 tab cacao nibs
2 tab buckinis
2 tab PURITI Manuka honey
METHOD:
Recipe note: use whatever toppings you like such as your favourite seasonal fruit, mixed nuts and seeds, goji berries, oats, granola. Whatever you like, it will all taste equally delicious! Just make sure you add a drizzle of the PURITI Manuka honey to supercharge your smoothie bowl, making it extra awesome!
