One of the key features that set PURITI apart from its competitors is the minimum methylglyoxal (MGO) concentration requirement for UMF™ certification,which is higher than other major brands and what the respective UMF™ certification requires.
The PURITI Grading Table
The higher the MGO concentration in the honey, the stronger its potency. We pride ourselves on offering higher minimum MGO concentrations compared to competing brands - for a majority of our products. For example, PURITI's minimum MGO concentration for UMF™ 15+ certification is 550+mg/kg, which is higher than other brands in the market, whose minimum MGO concentration for UMF™ certification only asks for 514mg/kg.

High Testing Standards
In addition to its high MGO concentration, PURITI also adheres to strict standards (as set forth by the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) and protocols to ensure that its honey is authentic and traceable. Every batch of honey is tested for MGO levels, pollen count, and other markers to ensure that it meets the brand's exceedingly standards.
