Honey Roasted Mixed Nuts
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp PURITI honey
- 1 cup of mixed raw nuts
- Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Heat honey in a saucepan over medium heat until warm
- Add in nuts and sea salt until thoroughly incorporated
- Transfer to a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (keep an eye on them because you don’t want to burn them!)
- Let cool and transfer to a mason jar to store
