Honey Roasted Mixed Nuts

Ingredients 

• 3 tbsp PURITI honey 
• 1 cup of mixed raw nuts 
• Sea salt to taste 

Directions 

1. Heat honey in a saucepan over medium heat until warm
2. Add in nuts and sea salt until thoroughly incorporated 
3. Transfer to a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (keep an eye on them because you don’t want to burn them!)
4. Let cool and transfer to a mason jar to store
