Caramel Cookie Baked Oats

Ingredients: 

  • ⅔ cup rolled oats 
  • ⅔ cup water 
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbs salted caramel protein powder 
  • ½ tbs chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of PURITI Manuka Honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • Pinch of salt 

Method: 

  1. Blend all ingredients together 
  2. Pour into an oven safe bowl
  3. Top with cacao nibs & crushed walnuts 
  4. Bake 18-22 minutes at 180°C
  5. Add some dark chocolate on top to melt and enjoy!
