STRAWBERRY & BANANA BAKED OATMEAL BARS
Ingredients:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 tbsp PURITI honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1/4 c protein powder
- 1/2 c strawberries (+ more for top)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake 30-35 mins at 375°F. Let cool.
- Drizzle on peanut butter making the perfect drizzle & enjoy
